Phase 1: Meet and Greet (Consultation)
A personalized one on one consultation where the clients needs and expectations are identified. This meeting is key to the development of the design ambiance and character.
Phase 2: Concept and Research
Within this stage the consultation is analyzed to conceptualize the design needs identified within Phase 1. A mood board is created to visually aid the client with the ambiance, furniture, finishing and space layout.
Phase 3: Present and Refine
Within this stage a second meeting is scheduled to present the mood board with furniture, finishing and space layouts. This give the client the opportunity to refine works presented and add additional design and items where needed. Itemised costing is presented. This stage will only be completed once client has signed off designs, finishes, costings and timelines.
Phase 4: Manufacture and Production
Within this stage the client has paid a deposit to allow manufacturing to commence. Manufacturing and production of all items discussed in Phase 3 will start with a timeline conveyed.
Phase 5: Installation and Completion
Once manufacturing and production has ended the final stage will comprise of the installation and completion of the project. Phase 4 and 5 usually run in conjunction on large scale projects.
